The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

व्याशब्दितं सर्वशक्तेस्तां शक्तिं ब्रह्मतां विदुः ।
मनः सत्तात्मकं नाम यथैतन्मनसि स्थितम् ॥ १९ ॥

vyāśabditaṃ sarvaśaktestāṃ śaktiṃ brahmatāṃ viduḥ |
manaḥ sattātmakaṃ nāma yathaitanmanasi sthitam || 19 ||

That which is variously named as the principle of mind or thought, is the same power of omnipotence which is settled in the mind.
