The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

द्रवशक्तिस्तथाम्भःसु तेजःशक्तिस्तथाऽनले ।
शून्यशक्तिस्तथाकाशे भावशक्तिर्भवस्थितौ ॥ ८ ॥

dravaśaktistathāmbhaḥsu tejaḥśaktistathā'nale |
śūnyaśaktistathākāśe bhāvaśaktirbhavasthitau || 8 ||

His power of fluidity is deposited in the water, and his power of inflammation is exhibited in fire; his vacuity is manifested in vacuum, and his substantiality in all solid substances.
