The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तज्ज्ञैस्तामससत्त्वेति तादृशारम्भशालिनी ।
भवैः कतिपयैर्मोक्षभागिनी चेत्तदुच्यते ॥ १६ ॥

tajjñaistāmasasattveti tādṛśārambhaśālinī |
bhavaiḥ katipayairmokṣabhāginī cettaducyate || 16 ||

There have been a few however among them, who have obtained their salvation by means of their divine knowledge, and their good acts during their life time.
