एकं मनःशरीरं तु क्षिप्रकारि सदा चलम् ।
अकिंचित्करमन्यत्तु शरीरं मांसनिर्मितम् ॥ १० ॥

ekaṃ manaḥśarīraṃ tu kṣiprakāri sadā calam |
akiṃcitkaramanyattu śarīraṃ māṃsanirmitam || 10 ||

The one, that is the mental body, is ever active and always fickle;and the other is the worthless body of flesh, which is dull and inactive.
