The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

असत्यविनिविष्टानां देहवाचितया त्विह ।
ये नामोपदिशन्त्यज्ञाः किंचित्ते पुरुषैडकाः ॥ ५१ ॥

asatyaviniviṣṭānāṃ dehavācitayā tviha |
ye nāmopadiśantyajñāḥ kiṃcitte puruṣaiḍakāḥ || 51 ||

Those who are employed in the purification of their bodies, under the impression that the body also is called the atma or soul (in some sastra); are the atheistic charvakas, who are as silly goats among men.
