स्वरूपं सर्वकृत्त्वं च शक्तत्वं च महात्मनः ॥ १६ ॥

etatte kathitaṃ sarvaṃ vasiṣṭhamanaso mune |
svarūpaṃ sarvakṛttvaṃ ca śaktatvaṃ ca mahātmanaḥ || 16 ||

Thus have I related to you, O sagely Vasishtha! all about the nature and acts of the mind, and omnipotence of the great soul; which infuses its might in the mind in its acts of creation and production.
