The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ययौ राजानमापृच्छ्य तदेव हिमवच्छिरः ।
दरिद्रा लब्धहेमेव ग्रहेषूग्रशरीरिणी ॥ ५६ ॥

yayau rājānamāpṛcchya tadeva himavacchiraḥ |
daridrā labdhahemeva graheṣūgraśarīriṇī || 56 ||

She took leave of the prince and went to the top of the mountain with her prey, as a poor man takes the gold, that he happens to get in some hidden place.
