The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आत्मगुप्तौ न शक्नोति परमात्माम्बराकृतिः ।
मनागपि क्षणमपि गजो दूर्वावने यथा ॥ ४१ ॥

ātmaguptau na śaknoti paramātmāmbarākṛtiḥ |
manāgapi kṣaṇamapi gajo dūrvāvane yathā || 41 ||

The supreme Spirit which is of the form of infinite space, cannot hide itself in any thing within its sphere, which would be like the hiding of an elephant in the grass.
