The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.73.20

पतिं भुक्तं विलसितं दत्तं दापितमाहृतम् ।
नर्तितं गीतमुषितमनन्तैः प्राणिदेहकैः ॥ २० ॥

patiṃ bhuktaṃ vilasitaṃ dattaṃ dāpitamāhṛtam |
nartitaṃ gītamuṣitamanantaiḥ prāṇidehakaiḥ || 20 ||

It goes on feeding on the flesh and drinking the blood of all living beings; and carrying on its various acts of giving and receiving, and dancing and singing all along.
