The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.72.25

ज्ञानालोकः समुदभूत्सा परावरदर्शिनी ।
बभूव निर्मला सूचिर्विषूची पावनं परम् ॥ २५ ॥

jñānālokaḥ samudabhūtsā parāvaradarśinī |
babhūva nirmalā sūcirviṣūcī pāvanaṃ param || 25 ||

Thus did Suchi gain the light of knowledge, and become a seer of the past and future. She became cleansed of the dross of her sins, and her Visuchi or impurity was turned to Suchi or purity.
