The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.72.14

सूच्या तया सुनिर्गत्य सुपाताक्ष्या स्म कूणितैः ।
पश्चात्सख्याभया साधुरन्योन्याचारकेवलम् ॥ १४ ॥

sūcyā tayā sunirgatya supātākṣyā sma kūṇitaiḥ |
paścātsakhyābhayā sādhuranyonyācārakevalam || 14 ||

Thus the shadowy needle and pencil of ray, having firmly adhered themselves to the iron needle; these three have always become intimate friends, like all good people mutually assisting one another.
