The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.70.42

किणस्थाण्वङ्गविश्रान्तमक्षिकापिकवायसे ।
रौक्षरूढरसद्वाते विलोलाङ्गुलिशाखिनि ॥ ४२ ॥

kiṇasthāṇvaṅgaviśrāntamakṣikāpikavāyase |
raukṣarūḍharasadvāte vilolāṅguliśākhini || 42 ||

She sits in holes and hollow places, withered trees, and spots infested by crows, flies and peacocks. Also in places of dry, humid and high winds, and in benumbed fingers and toes.
