The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आसीद्बहूनि वर्षाणि भ्रमणैकपरायणा ।
देहद्वयेन गच्छन्ती व्योम्नि भूमितले तथा ॥ ३७ ॥

āsīdbahūni varṣāṇi bhramaṇaikaparāyaṇā |
dehadvayena gacchantī vyomni bhūmitale tathā || 37 ||

In this manner she continued many years in her rambles; her bipartite body kept sometimes flying up in the air, and oftentimes creeping low on the ground.
