The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वद देवि कियान्कालो गतोऽस्यामिह मन्दिरे ।
समाधौ मयि लीनायां महीपाले शवे स्थिते ॥ २ ॥

Lila said:—Tell me, goddess, what length of time has expired, since the corpse of the king was laid in this tomb, and I was absorbed in my deep meditation.
