The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वप्नोपलम्भं सर्गाख्यं स सर्वोऽनुभवन्स्थितः ।
चिरमावृत्तदेहात्मा भूचक्रभ्रमणं यथा ॥ २० ॥

svapnopalambhaṃ sargākhyaṃ sa sarvo'nubhavansthitaḥ |
ciramāvṛttadehātmā bhūcakrabhramaṇaṃ yathā || 20 ||

But the ignorant, that have a belief in the reality of this world of dreams, believe also in the transmigration of the animal soul, like the revolution of the globe on its own axis.
