The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जगदादावनुत्पन्नं यच्चेदमनुभूयते ।
तत्संविद्व्योमकचनं स्वप्नस्त्रीसुरतं यथा ॥ २० ॥

jagadādāvanutpannaṃ yaccedamanubhūyate |
tatsaṃvidvyomakacanaṃ svapnastrīsurataṃ yathā || 20 ||

But know in the first place the world to be no created thing. All this that appears to exist, is but a display of the notions in our consciousness, like the appearances in our dreams.
