The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भ्रमो दृश्यमसत्तस्य द्रष्टृदृश्यदशा कुतः ।
द्रष्टृदृश्यक्रमाभावादद्वयं सहजं हि तत् ॥ १३ ॥

bhramo dṛśyamasattasya draṣṭṛdṛśyadaśā kutaḥ |
draṣṭṛdṛśyakramābhāvādadvayaṃ sahajaṃ hi tat || 13 ||

Error consists in taking the unreal for the real, and in thinking the viewer and the view or the subjective and objective as different from each other. It is the removal of the distinction of the subjective and objective, that leads us to the knowledge of unity.
