The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
एतस्मिन्नन्तरे राम लीलोवाच सरस्वतीम् ।
श्वासावशेषमालोक्य मूढं भर्तारमग्रगम् ॥ १ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
etasminnantare rāma līlovāca sarasvatīm |
śvāsāvaśeṣamālokya mūḍhaṃ bhartāramagragam || 1 ||

Vasishtha said:—In the meanwhile, O Rama! Lila seeing her husband lying insensible before her and about to breathe his last, thus spoke to Sarasvati.
