The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सौम्यतामाजगामाशु देशो दशदिगन्वितः ।
क्षीरोदः क्षुभितावर्तो द्रागिवोद्धृतमन्दरः ॥ २१ ॥

saumyatāmājagāmāśu deśo daśadiganvitaḥ |
kṣīrodaḥ kṣubhitāvarto drāgivoddhṛtamandaraḥ || 21 ||

The whole country on all sides was pacified to rest, like the perturbed sea of milk after it had been churned by the Mandara mountain.
