The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

नानाङ्गवलना नानानमन्नमनसत्तमाः ।
शिलाभुजगवक्रोरुकटिपार्श्वकराङ्गिकाः ॥ २७ ॥

nānāṅgavalanā nānānamannamanasattamāḥ |
śilābhujagavakrorukaṭipārśvakarāṅgikāḥ || 27 ||

They had a variety of gestures, motions and contortions of their bodies, which were as hard as stone, with wry faces, crooked backs and twisted legs and limbs.
