The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.48.22

विदूरथस्तमप्याशु व्यधमत्सायकोत्तमैः ।
सामान्यजलदं मत्तं कल्पान्तपवनो यथा ॥ २२ ॥

vidūrathastamapyāśu vyadhamatsāyakottamaiḥ |
sāmānyajaladaṃ mattaṃ kalpāntapavano yathā || 22 ||

Viduratha repelled them quickly by means of his better bolts, as a hurricane disperses the frightening clouds in the air.
