The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.47.25

सहस्रेण सहस्रेण वीराणां परिवारितौ ।
विचरन्तौ यथाकामं मण्डलैर्विततारवैः ॥ २५ ॥

sahasreṇa sahasreṇa vīrāṇāṃ parivāritau |
vicarantau yathākāmaṃ maṇḍalairvitatāravaiḥ || 25 ||

They were both surrounded by thousands of soldiers, and turned about as thy liked, with loud shouts of their retinues.
