The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

रविर्द्रष्टुमिवाश्चर्यमाजगामोदयाचलम् ।
चेलुस्तिमिरसंघाता बलानीवारिरूपिणः ॥ ११ ॥

ravirdraṣṭumivāścaryamājagāmodayācalam |
celustimirasaṃghātā balānīvārirūpiṇaḥ || 11 ||

The thick mists of night disappeared like the hosts of the enemy (Sinde); and left the forces of Viduratha to glitter as stars at the approach of night.
