The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीराम उवाच ।
कियन्मात्रमिदं स्थूलं शरीरं वाग्विदांवर ।
रन्ध्रेण तन्तुतनुना कथमाश्वाविशत्प्रभो ॥ ७ ॥

randhreṇa tantutanunā kathamāśvāviśatprabho || 7 ||

Rama asked said:—How is it possible sir, that the gross bodies of the goddesses, with their limited dimensions, could enter the tent through one of its holes, as small as the pore of a piece of cloth?
