The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आसीद्रणाङ्गणं गायद्वेतालकुलसंकुलम् ।
क्वणत्कङ्कालकाङ्कस्थकङ्ककाकोलकेलिमत् ॥ ११ ॥
āsīdraṇāṅgaṇaṃ gāyadvetālakulasaṃkulam |
kvaṇatkaṅkālakāṅkasthakaṅkakākolakelimat || 11 ||
The battlefield was filled by the Vetala demons, howling with their hideous cry; while bodies of vultures, crows and owls, were tearing the carcasses and sporting with the skeletons.
