The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तावत्तारारवं रेजे सैन्यकाननमुत्तमम् ।
यावन्न परपक्षेण प्राप्तं कल्पानलार्चिषा ॥ ५१ ॥

tāvattārāravaṃ reje sainyakānanamuttamam |
yāvanna parapakṣeṇa prāptaṃ kalpānalārciṣā || 51 ||

The forest of the army howled in a tremendous roar, until it was burnt down by the all devouring fire of the enemy.
