The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

किरातसैन्यकन्यानां कामं कलकलारवैः ।
अङ्गैरनङ्गतां नीत्वा भैरवैरिव गर्जितम् ॥ ३० ॥

kirātasainyakanyānāṃ kāmaṃ kalakalāravaiḥ |
aṅgairanaṅgatāṃ nītvā bhairavairiva garjitam || 30 ||

The Kirata army made a purling noise (kulakula) like the effeminate voice of women; causing the lusty Angas to rush upon them with their furious roar.
