The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अपूर्वोत्तमसौन्दर्यकान्तसंगमशंसिनः ।
वान्ति विद्याधरस्त्रीणामलकोल्लासिनोऽनिलाः ॥ ३२ ॥

apūrvottamasaundaryakāntasaṃgamaśaṃsinaḥ |
vānti vidyādharastrīṇāmalakollāsino'nilāḥ || 32 ||

The winds unfurling the curling locks of Vidyadhara females, indicate their approaching spousals, as the unfolding plumage of fowls are predictions of success in augury.
