The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.31.10

मेरुणालंकृतं जम्बुद्वीपं नवदलोदरम् ।
गत्वाथ भारते वर्षे लीलानाथस्य मण्डलम् ॥ १० ॥

meruṇālaṃkṛtaṃ jambudvīpaṃ navadalodaram |
gatvātha bhārate varṣe līlānāthasya maṇḍalam || 10 ||

They then came to the Jambu-dwipa (Asia), situated amidst the ninefold petals of the other dwipas (or continents), and thence proceeded to the territories of Lila's husband in the varsha land of Bharata.
