The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जीर्णपर्णसवर्णैककर्णदोलाधिरूढया ।
काष्ठताड्यजराभीतजीववृत्त्येव चिह्निता ॥ १५ ॥
jīrṇaparṇasavarṇaikakarṇadolādhirūḍhayā |
kāṣṭhatāḍyajarābhītajīvavṛttyeva cihnitā || 15 ||
With my infirm body and ears shaking as dried leaves of trees, and supporting myself on a stick, I lived here under the dread of old age.
