The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.27.24

ईश्वरोऽहमहं भोगी सिद्धोऽहं बलवान्सुखी ।
इत्यनर्थमहारज्वा वलितो वशतां गतः ॥ २४ ॥

īśvaro'hamahaṃ bhogī siddho'haṃ balavānsukhī |
ityanarthamahārajvā valito vaśatāṃ gataḥ || 24 ||

He is fast bound to subjection by the strong chain of his thoughts, that he is a lord, is mighty, accomplished, and that he is happy and is to enjoy his estates for ever.
