The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.27.13

लीलोवाच ।
इहैव मन्दिराकाशे पतिर्विप्रो ममाभवत् ।
इहैव स मृतो भूत्वा संपन्नो वसुधाधिपः ॥ १३ ॥

līlovāca |
ihaiva mandirākāśe patirvipro mamābhavat |
ihaiva sa mṛto bhūtvā saṃpanno vasudhādhipaḥ || 13 ||

Lila said:—I see within the sphere of this dome (of my mind), the Brahman to have been my husband before; and I see also in it, that he died and became a ruler of the earth afterwards.
