The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.27.11

अद्यासि सत्यसंकल्पा संपन्ना तेन मां सुतः ।
सपश्यत्वित्यभिमतं फलितं तव सुन्दरि ॥ ११ ॥

adyāsi satyasaṃkalpā saṃpannā tena māṃ sutaḥ |
sapaśyatvityabhimataṃ phalitaṃ tava sundari || 11 ||

You have afterwards become of pure desire, and wished that your son might see you, whereby he was enabled to have your sight.
