The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.27.5

पृथ्व्यादिनाडीप्राणादिऋतेऽप्यभ्युदिता तयोः ।
सा संकथनसंवित्तिः स्वप्नसंकल्पयोरिव ॥ ५ ॥

pṛthvyādināḍīprāṇādiṛte'pyabhyuditā tayoḥ |
sā saṃkathanasaṃvittiḥ svapnasaṃkalpayoriva || 5 ||

Their conversation in their immaterial forms, was of the same intellectual (psychical) kind, as we are conscious of in our dreams and imaginations.
