वातस्कन्धमहावेगवहद्वैमानिकव्रजम् ॥ १८ ॥

paryantasthitakūṣmāṇḍarakṣaḥpaiśācamaṇḍalam |
vātaskandhamahāvegavahadvaimānikavrajam || 18 ||

Groups of spiritual beings, as the Kushmandas, Rakshasas and Pisachas, were seated in aerial circles at the borders; and the winds and gales blowing with full force in their etherial course.
