The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इत्यानीयाथ संपूज्य द्विजान्पप्रच्छ सा नता ।
अमरत्वं कथं विप्रा भवेदिति पुनःपुनः ॥ २३ ॥

ityānīyātha saṃpūjya dvijānpapraccha sā natā |
amaratvaṃ kathaṃ viprā bhavediti punaḥpunaḥ || 23 ||

She accordingly invited the Brahmans and honoured them with presents, and asked them lowly, to tell her how men might become immortal on earth.
