The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.7.22

अशून्यमिव यच्छून्यं यस्मिन्शून्यं जगत्स्थितम् ।
सर्गौघे सति यच्छून्यं तद्रूपं परमात्मनः ॥ २२ ॥

aśūnyamiva yacchūnyaṃ yasminśūnyaṃ jagatsthitam |
sargaughe sati yacchūnyaṃ tadrūpaṃ paramātmanaḥ || 22 ||

He whose substance appears as the vacuum, and in whom subsists the vacuous plenum of the universe; and who appears as vacuity itself, notwithstanding the plenitude of his creation subsisting in him, is verily the form of the Supreme soul.
