The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीराम उवाच ।
संपरिज्ञातमात्रेण किलानेनात्मनात्मना ।
पुनर्दोषा न बाधन्ते मरणाद्याः कदाचन ॥ ७ ॥

saṃparijñātamātreṇa kilānenātmanātmanā |
punardoṣā na bādhante maraṇādyāḥ kadācana || 7 ||

Rama said:—Having known the Self in himself, one is no more exposed to the evils of life and even to death itself.
