The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.2.28

स्पन्दत्वं च यथा वायोस्तथैष परमे पदे ।
कर्माण्यद्यतनान्यस्य संचितानि न सन्ति हि ॥ २८ ॥

spandatvaṃ ca yathā vāyostathaiṣa parame pade |
karmāṇyadyatanānyasya saṃcitāni na santi hi || 28 ||

His soul is as immanent in the supreme, as motion is inherent in the winds. It has neither the accumulated acts of past lives, nor those of its present state.
