The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तुर्यविश्रान्तियुक्तस्य प्रतीपस्य भवार्णवात् ।
जीवतोऽजीवतश्चैव गृहस्थस्य तथा यतेः ॥ १० ॥

turyaviśrāntiyuktasya pratīpasya bhavārṇavāt |
jīvato'jīvataścaiva gṛhasthasya tathā yateḥ || 10 ||

Whoso has gained this fourth state of tranquil felicity, he has really passed beyond the limits of the ocean of the world, whether he is alive or not, or a house-holder or an ascetic.
