The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 2.19.9

तावद्विचारयेत्प्राज्ञो यावद्विश्रान्तिमात्मनि ।
संप्रयात्यपुनर्नाशां शान्तिं तुर्यपदाभिधाम् ॥ ९ ॥

tāvadvicārayetprājño yāvadviśrāntimātmani |
saṃprayātyapunarnāśāṃ śāntiṃ turyapadābhidhām || 9 ||

Let the wise continue their inquiries until they can obtain their internal peace, and until they may arrive at the fourth stage (turya) of felicity known by the name of indestructible tranquility.
