The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 2.18.10

लोभमोहादयो दोषास्तानवं यान्त्यलं शनैः ।
धियो दिशः समासन्नशरदो मिहिका यथा ॥ १० ॥

lobhamohādayo doṣāstānavaṃ yāntyalaṃ śanaiḥ |
dhiyo diśaḥ samāsannaśarado mihikā yathā || 10 ||

All their erroneous and covetous thoughts become weaker by degrees, as the regions of the sky are cleared of their mists at the approach of autumn.
