The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हिममापत्सरोजिन्या मोहनीहारमारुतः ।
जयत्येको जगत्यस्मिन्साधुः साधुसमागमः ॥ ४ ॥

himamāpatsarojinyā mohanīhāramārutaḥ |
jayatyeko jagatyasminsādhuḥ sādhusamāgamaḥ || 4 ||

It is the society of the virtuous which wards off all disasters, that like the frost, invade the lotus beds of our hearts; and baffle the icy breath of ignorance.
