The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 2.15.12

नाभिवाञ्छत्यसंप्राप्तं प्राप्तं भुंक्ते यथाक्रमम् ।
यः सुसौम्यसमाचारः संतुष्ट इति कथ्यते ॥ १२ ॥

nābhivāñchatyasaṃprāptaṃ prāptaṃ bhuṃkte yathākramam |
yaḥ susaumyasamācāraḥ saṃtuṣṭa iti kathyate || 12 ||

He is called a contented man, who does not long after what he is not possessed of, and enjoys what he has in its right manner, and is always graceful in his manners.
