The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कोऽहं कस्य च संसार इत्यापद्यपि धीमता ।
चिन्तनीयं प्रयत्नेन सप्रतीकारमात्मना ॥ ३७ ॥

ko'haṃ kasya ca saṃsāra ityāpadyapi dhīmatā |
cintanīyaṃ prayatnena sapratīkāramātmanā || 37 ||

The sapient man should intently consider within himself, who and whose he is, what is his family and by whom he is surrounded, and think on the remedy.
