The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 2.14.31

तत्पदालम्बनं चेतः स्फारमाभासमागतम् ।
नास्तमेति न चोदेति खमिवातिततान्तरम् ॥ ३१ ॥

tatpadālambanaṃ cetaḥ sphāramābhāsamāgatam |
nāstameti na codeti khamivātitatāntaram || 31 ||

The mind relying on that state of equanimity and perceiving the clear light (of truth within itself), has neither its fall nor elevation, but enjoys its inward expansion as that of vacuum for ever.
