The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यत्करोषि यदश्नासि शमशीतलया धिया ।
तत्रातिस्वदते स्वादु नेतरत्तात मानसे ॥ ६४ ॥

yatkaroṣi yadaśnāsi śamaśītalayā dhiyā |
tatrātisvadate svādu netarattāta mānase || 64 ||

Whatever thou dost and eatest with the calm coolness of thy mind, all that is sweeter far to the soul than anything sweet to taste.
