The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

त्रैलोक्योदरवर्तिन्यो नानन्दाय तथा श्रियः ।
साम्राज्यसंपत्प्रतिमा यथा शमविभूतयः ॥ ५७ ॥

trailokyodaravartinyo nānandāya tathā śriyaḥ |
sāmrājyasaṃpatpratimā yathā śamavibhūtayaḥ || 57 ||

Whatever is beautiful in the three worlds, and in the shape of imperial prosperity and grandeur, there is nothing in them that can afford a happiness equal to that of quietism.
