The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 2.13.34

यत्प्राप्य न निवर्तन्ते यदासाद्य न शोचति ।
तत्पदं शेमुषीलभ्यमस्त्येवात्र न संशयः ॥ ३४ ॥

yatprāpya na nivartante yadāsādya na śocati |
tatpadaṃ śemuṣīlabhyamastyevātra na saṃśayaḥ || 34 ||

What being arrived at, there is no returning from it; and what being gained, there is no cause of sorrowing; that state is undoubtedly attainable by divine knowledge only; and is a certain truth.
