प्रामाणिकार्थयोग्यत्वं प्रच्छकस्याविचार्य च ।
यो वक्ति तमिह प्राज्ञाः प्राहुर्मूढतरं नरम् ॥ ५० ॥

prāmāṇikārthayogyatvaṃ pracchakasyāvicārya ca |
yo vakti tamiha prājñāḥ prāhurmūḍhataraṃ naram || 50 ||

The preceptor who gives his lecture without examining the capacity of the inquirer to grasp his meaning, is pronounced unwise by the learned.
